CNN Balloon Snafu at 2004 Democratic National Convention
CNN Director and Producer John Mischer goes nuts on his staff as the ceremonial balloons and confetti are snagged in the rafters. While the balloons do not drop, Mischer drops the f-bomb repeatedly on live cable television.
