		<description>There's another hypocrisy here: O'Beirne is lying when she says that Clinton admitted to committing perjury. He admitted to lying under oath, which is not the same thing.

Perjury is telling a lie in an attempt to change the outcome of a trial or investigation. Prosecutors must prove that the defendant could reasonably believe that his lie would have an impact. Clinton's lying about consensual sex would obviously have no bearing on a trial that was about sexual harassment. 

Also, what's with the argument that convicted criminals shouldn't go to jail unless they confess?</description>
