Yet Another Conservative Manufactured Controversy

They’re at it again. Right-wing bloggers are determined to single-handedly rebuild the U.S. manufacturing industry with all of their warped, imagined controversies.

Right-wing bloggers are trying to claim that VoteVets.org Chairman Jon Soltz stifled the dissent of a pro-war Army veteran. Soltz, as an army officer, informed the uniformed sergeant that he would be breaking the law by engaging in politics while wearing the colors of the U.S. army.

This army sergeant had no business wearing his uniform to a political event.

End of story.

Instead, conservatives are spinning this as “I guess this is what passes as free speech for progressives.”
